Hi, I’m glad you’re here.

About ten years ago, my life changed in ways I never expected. What started as pain in my hands and feet slowly expanded into a long list of unexplained symptoms. These included Raynaud’s, digestive issues, and gallbladder problems. I experienced frequent illness and heart palpitations. Anxiety and panic attacks often left me afraid to even get out of bed.

For a long time, I felt lost in my own body.

At my lowest point, I believed eating less would help. Instead, it made everything worse. My body was already depleted and desperate for nourishment. Those were some of the scariest moments of my life. I’m incredibly grateful for my husband. He stood by me and helped ground me when fear took over.

Eventually, I turned to a holistic approach to health—and that’s where real understanding began. I learned how deeply nutrition affects the body. Mineral and vitamin deficiencies can impact everything from circulation to mental health. Processed foods can quietly drain what our bodies need most. I started focusing on whole foods to rebuild my health. I also used supplements. I learned to truly listen to what my body was telling me.

This blog is a reflection of that journey.

I’m not here to claim I have all the answers, and I’m still learning every day. Healing hasn’t been a straight line—it’s a daily commitment. I share my experiences in the hope that someone else might feel seen. They might find encouragement. They may avoid going through the same struggles alone.
